Or how to get 300 employees at one table for the 120th celebration.

In the afternoon all the employees went on a scavenger hunt in the wild. And in the evening an informal celebration: At the longest table in northern Germany where 25 chandeliers made of jam jars brightened the scene. The realization: to celebrate at the warehouse is the best.
