Or how 1.600 marketing staff storm the summit

A sales conference for almost 1,600 employees of the Berliner Volksbank. The concept was based on four pillars: strategy, team spirit, change and success, and joined together by the all-encompassing motto "Storming the Summit" plenum, workshops and trade fair. Mountain scenery, mountain-climbing gear as decorations and props underscored during the entire event the steady climb from base camp to the summit ending with the finale of the Commitment Act.
