The 7C Manifest – presented at the Event Summit 2011 in Luxembourg

19/09/2011 During the first European Event Summit in Luxembourg, Christian Seidenstücker presented the future-oriented 7C Manifest for the event industry. The seven C´s are based on the English terms of: Change, Creativity, Content, Credibility, Connectivity, Cooperation and Cost-effectiveness.

The conference, with more than 50 senior professionals from 13 countries is the start of the continuation of this annual Europe-wide exchange. Topics such as changes in live communication, ROI, sustainability and hybrid events and multi-sensory communications were on the agenda. “This was an information-loaded day, covering the central themes of the industry,” said the conference chairman, Dr. Elling Hamso of ROI Institute. Particularly impressive was the esteem that the Luxembourg government gave to the conference. The Minister of Commerce and Trade, Jeannot Krecké opened the event and Françoise Hetto-Gaasch, Minister of Tourism gave the concluding statement. Hamso added: “For its future success it is of the utmost importance that we overcome language and cultural barriers and consolidate the excellent work of the European countries. The annual summit of the event industry in Luxembourg can play a major role.”
